EC2 IT started providing IT support and maintenance services to us back in 2013. The support they provide is excellent, any issues we report are looked at right away. No matter who we speak to on their team, we always receive a high level of service and normally a quick resolution. We also get peace of mind from the network monitoring service they offer, any issues they notice are raised with us right away.
