We started working with EC2 IT because our independent IT provider could no longer dedicate the time needed to meet our requirements and we found EC2 IT's website approached them and started working together in 2012.
They currently provide us with a helpdesk which provides a very good service and most queries are resolved quickly. We also have remote and on-site services to support our users and maintain the servers and network hardware.
EC2 IT have completed a number of projects over the years including installation and configuration of a new backup solution, Windows 7 and Mac upgrades, set up our wireless network and keeping on top of Firewall upgrades.
We have always found them to be efficient and knowledgeable when any questions/problems arise and these are dealt with quickly.
